  • Free delivery for order at HK$800 or up. Delivery fee applies to orders below HK$800.

HK$120 for delivery by van option (and for this option, customer need to pick-up/collect at the van) at specified local delivery address.

  • For orders at or below HK$100, a basic delivery fee will apply, based on the delivery method customers choose. For orders between HK$101 to HK$799, system will calculate a delivery fee based on the order value tier (please refer below for details). The total delivery fee will be shown at order confirmation/ check-out for customer to confirm.

  • If customers opt for van delivery, we will arrange delivery by local van courier service and the order will be delivered to the ground-floor entrance (or nearby) of the building or estate specified in the ‘delivery address’ that customer provides in the order, at where customer will need to collect the order at/ from the van.

  • Delivery fee collected for van delivery only covers customer pick-up at the site as specified above. If customer needs van driver to help move the order boxes upstairs or to other specific location point which is not the ground floor of the building or estate being listed on delivery address, please liaise with and agree on extra handling charges with the van driver directly. In such cases, eSD cannot guarantee and be held liable of the service level of this part of the delivery service which is negotiated between the customer and the van driver.

  • All order and delivery fee payment (excluding van driver extra handling fee negotiated between customer and the driver; customer please settle the fee separate with the driver).

  • eSD only delivers locally to addresses within the Hong Kong SAR (hereafter referred to as ‘local address’, or ‘local delivery address’)

  • No refund, no exchange and no return for all products sold and after order order confirmation / check-out.

  • eSD only accepts credit card payment via Paypal.

  • Unless otherwise stated for certain products*, orders will be shipped out within 3 work-days (during Monday to Friday) after order confirmation and payment receipt confirmation. Please allow an extra work-day in case of delivery to outlying islands, Ma Wan and Sai Kung, etc.
    (*Some products may take longer delivery time. Please pay attention to the product descriptions and order information before check-out. In case of longer delivery time, we may consolidate all items in your same order before shipping them to you.)

  • Delivery/ Courier Company will require customer to sign and acknowledge receipt of the order. If customer is not available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery, we may arrange another delivery time, in which case we reserve the right to charge customer for any additional delivery cost that may incur.

  • eSD assumes the person who receives and collects the order is the customer him/herself or the person authorized by the customer. As eSD has no way to verify and hence will not be held liable for the identity of the person who receive the delivered order.

  • Order delivery may be tentative delayed in case of bad weather, serious flooding, road closure or blocking during the delivery period.In cases of company stock-take or system upgrade,there may be tentative changes to the normal delivery schedule. Please refer to announcement and updates we announce on this website for information updates.

  • eSD will do its best to fulfil all purchase orders made at However, eSD will not be held liable for refusing or not able to fulfil any particular orders for any reasons (including but not limited to inventory shortage or change in stock availability)

  • If you receive a product item that is damaged or if there is any delivery issue, please visit ‘Contact Us’ section to get in touch with us. In case of wrong order livery and damaged product upon delivery, please notify us via ‘Contact Us’ within 7 work-days from your order receipt and send us back the un-used / un-opened/ uninstalled product in its original packing for further request processing. No return/ replacement requests will be entertained if the request is made after 7 calendar days from the order receipt, or if the product has been installer or used, and for scenario outside wrong order delivery and damaged at delivery.

  • Customer please read all terms and conditions of this site before making purchase and orders. eSD reserves the right to reject any requests based on the terms & conditions listed on this site and the right to further update and amend any terms & conditions. By clicking 'order confirmation', customers will be treated as accepting the prevailing terms and conditions of this site.

  • Orders made with confirmed payment before 12:00 noon time during Monday to Friday (except if it falls on a public holiday), will be delivered to customers soonest on the next work day.  If order day or delivery day falls on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, the arrangement will defer to the next work day.

  • eSD reserves the right for final decision in case of any customer or order disputes.
